About Superior Cabinets

Founded in 1999 by owners Jim Scott and Dave Costa, Superior Cabinets, Inc, started small, but grew quick. Beginning in a two car garage with only themselves, a table saw, and a few other small tools, Jim and Dave combined their skills and knowledge to persevere through the early struggles of entrepreneurship. The struggles didn’t last long, however, the business soon moved into a two thousand square foot building and never looked back.

Now operating in a fifteen thousand square foot shop, with a crew of over 20 employees, the company does over 100 projects per year, specializing in custom residential cabinetry. Our in-house spray booth, CNC machine, and many other investments, have provided us the resources and technology to take on a wide variety of jobs. Located in East County San Diego, we build beautiful custom cabinets all over San Diego County, and beyond. We pride ourselves in contributing to our community as well, donating to local high schools, sporting teams, and various other causes.
